Getting into goats... fencing installation in progress

Installing new fencing today at Wishful Acres Farm. After much deliberation, we decided to increase the size of our goat herd this upcoming fall. Many of you have seen the few blog postings & pictures here relating to the 2 male goats we adopted as bottle-fed babies last March. We all enjoyed the goats so much we decided to make them a permanent fixture on our farm. We hope to bring about 10 females to our farm soon!

For now, only a small area will be fenced. We hope to gradually increase it, and by next summer we should have a full acre or two of ground fenced in. Including a good portion of our overgrown, timber, shrubby land... goats love that type of land!
