Asian Stir Fry recipe & pictures

Rainy days send this farmer indoors to the kitchen! Today for lunch is Asian food.

Using the Asian Greens Mix that we're selling & sending to the CSA customers, I made a delicious stir fry with the farm's retail sale beef (also available for purchase).

I sauteed our onions & garlic, added a thinly sliced sirloin steak, then tossed in the greens for the last few minutes. Seasoned with red pepper flakes and tamari soy sauce.

It will be served with cooked long grain brown rice. Yum!
