Asian green: Tot Soi

The tot soi is beautiful in this fall weather! Our CSA farm members are receiving some in an Asian mix this week. It's also available for purchase directly from the farm - email me - wishfulacres@gmail.com .
I cooked an Asian stir fry with some tot soi in it yesterday... it was incredible!
