Low tunnels for warmth & deer protection

Tucking some cold-tolerant crops into bed for winter. We use low tunnels & sheets of clear plastic over some hardy crops to keep them producing into winter! Hopefully they will also help deter the Gourmet Deer who are eating all of our gourmet lettuce varieties!
