The couple who plant together...

We had a babysitter for a couple of hours and went together to plant at the farm.
It's true, two sets of hands do get twice as much work done.
We planted 4 more rows of potatoes, 1 1/2 rows of beets, 5-color silverbeet (chard), 1 row lettuce, more peas, and 3 varieties of carrots.
Nate loved being out there. He planted laying on his stomach.

Sometimes he just lounged about, enjoying the peace.

He regretted the lounging. His head was very sunburned the next day. :-) He has now dug out his baseball cap for future excursions.
