Freaky food (aka blue mashed potatoes)
I made a batch of mashed potatoes using the "All Blue" potato variety I grew this year.
Ha! Isn't it fun? Blue mashed potatoes made naturally with no artificial coloring.
The kids were hesitant to eat it, but my husband and I thought they tasted great (just like regular mashed potatoes!). :-)

I Picked up some blue michigan potatoes-but they were not really true blue (white flesh)and they didn't make blue mashed potatoes-yours look neat.
