Better yet..
I planted some really freakin' cool potatoes. Knock ur socks off cool.
I ordered them from a seed catalog, which is where you can find the really cool stuff.
I planted "All Blue" and "All Red" potato varieties.
The skin is blue. BUT... the flesh is blue, too. Hence, the name All Blue.
Ditto with All Red.
Cool, huh?
Now I can make a red, white, and blue potato salad for a labor day party. Or if the new potatoes are ready by then, I can steal a few from under the plant and make one for 4th of July.
It takes little to please little ole me.
