The NEW Collaboration beer we brewed with our friends at Generations Brewing & Pig Minds Brewing will be on tap here this weekend!  This I.P.A., called "Swamp Monster", was brewed with fresh organic hops harvested from our farm!  Also on tap is a new Amber Ale, called "Intergalactic", which was brewed with Galaxy & Comet varieties of hops. Jack-O-Java - Pumpkin Coffee Spice Ale made with pumpkins grown on our farm Honey Wheat Ale - Mild & very drinkable Homemade Root Beer (non-alcoholic) In addition to fresh beer by the glass, we also have growler fills available for carry-out!   Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) News CSA farm members, you may pick up your vegetables anytime during our open hours this weekend, Friday 4-9, Saturday 12-9, Sunday 12-5.  In this week's veggie share: Pumpkin - "Amish sugar pie pumpkin" variety, great for cooking with Butternut Winter Squash - try butternut squash soup, it's delicious! Kale Eggplant - slender Asian variety, probably the last of the season Radishes - "Easter Egg" variety, mixture of pink, red, purple, and white radishes Spicy Asian Greens Mix - a mixture of red & green Asian greens - great for salads or stir fry.
