News from the Farm & Brewery In brewery news, our artisan craft brewery is nearly complete! The barn brewery now has all equipment in place, and we're just finishing up a few small construction projects. Very soon we'll begin brewing our artisan craft beers right here at our farm! We plan to open our tasting room & retail store to the public this fall, stay tuned to this newsletter, our web site (www.WishfulAcresFarm.com), and our facebook page for updates!
In farm news, our sold-out CSA program has been providing our CSA members with bountiful shares chock full of super fresh, washed & ready-to-eat, all-grown-here, USDA Certified Organic vegetables (wow, how was that for a mouthful!). Our gardens are overflowing with beautiful vegetables, and you can see some pictures further down in the newsletter!
Our brewing equipment is now in place inside our barn brewery! Our artisan craft beers will be truly handcrafted in very small batches of just 110 gallons each!
July 21, the CSA members all received a share identical to this one. Our weekly shares are bountiful & delicious! Our 2016 CSA program is sold out, but you can enjoy our organic veggies in picture form!
