Here it is today! Break out the shorts, it's tropical inside. Around 80 degrees with 100% humidity. Nice! Outside the greenhouse right now, it's in the 50s and sunny.
Look at these crops grow away. Our farm customer CSA members will be receiving these beautiful salad greens in their first "share" in less than a month...May 16 begins our CSA season, and it continues for a whopping 30 weeks!
This greenhouse is large, and fits plenty of crops. Measuring 12 feet tall, 72 feet long, and 30 feet wide, it can feed a lot of families!
All Organically grown, of course! :)
