Growing Away!

This winter, I've been working on a new project. One of my CSA members suggested a new crop idea. I spent a lot of time researching, and was really fascinated by the possibilities! I'm now experimenting with a half dozen new crops for "micro green" production. In addition, I'm growing a crop that is just for "juicing".

So, the weather outside may be frightful... but in the Wishful Acres Farm greenhouse room it's delightful!
