Garlic rises... The 2012 outdoor growing season has begun!

And so it begins... the 2012 growing season is here. This picture shows the first of thousands of garlic plants sprouting through their winter bed of straw.

    My garlic seems to be doing very well too, and I have a similar scene in the place where I planted it. I'm only growing 32 square feet though, not thousands!
