-bread or roll
-2 green onions (I harvested them from our hoophouses in January!)
-1/2 to 1 cup cooked shredded chicken (I used leftover meat from one of our farm stewing chickens cooked a couple days ago)
-1 spoonful hot sauce of choice
-cheese of choice (I used bleu made in a nearby cheese factory)
-optional: cream-based salad dressing of your choice (such as ranch)
Layer ingredients on sandwich. Eat cold or warm in oven.
