Recipe: healthy Chinese food in 5 minutes

How about healthy Chinese food in 5 minutes?

We have beautiful Tot Soi growing on the farm (a version of Asian bok choy). Our CSA customers have received it and we have plenty more for sale.

I chopped it up & tossed it in a pan with a bit of olive oil, red pepper flake, and garlic. I had a few slices of steak leftover so that went in too. Sauteed for 5 minutes then sprinkled with Tamari soy sauce.

Awesome!
