Recipe: Make chips from healthy greens!

"Chips" can be made from any green leafy vegetable - kale, collards, turnip greens, mustard greens. Pictured here are Mustard Greens Chips.
Healthy, slightly crunchy, delicious, and fairly easy to make.
Take your greens, tear the leaves into pieces (2-3 inches each). Toss in a roasting pan (glass or metal, either works fine). Toss with olive oil - enough oil to lightly coat the leaves but don't soak them. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 10-15 minutes (check frequently, these can burn easily). Remove from oven, sprinkle with salt.
