Boys helping with fall farmwork

Boys helping on the farm today. With their help, I am clearing out some of the summer crop beds. We will then use a small garden tractor to suck up leaves & put them on beds as well as chicken manure & bedding straw, and compost. This will all get tilled in as organic fertilizer to make the soil even richer for next year.

Our fall crops are still bountiful & beautiful. We are having a beautiful Indian Summer!
