Big things have been happening the past couple of months on the farm - wishes & dreams becoming reality. This building on our farm will soon be home to a licensed, certified commercial kitchen! The kitchen will be used to can our farm products for legal sale anywhere! Think salsa, soup, and more made from our own Certified Naturally Grown vegetables, fruits, and herbs - harvested and cooked on the same day, at the same farm, then canned that same day for sale. The freshest, best grown vegetables, cooked with great recipes on the farm where grown - then preserved in a jar.
We also hope to host workshops and classes here, teaching others healthy cooking, pasta making, cheese making, beer brewing, the list goes on and on!
We will also have the commercial kitchen available for rent by the hour or day to others. There is such a need for this in our area (I speak from experience) - caterers, bakers, and other farmers wishing to can their products will be able to lease this space.
