It's Friday! Giveaway Time!

.
Friday is here!  Time for another giveaway!

This week, I'll be giving away something from my own store:  a 2-pack of my handmade paper bookmarks with embedded organic lettuce seed!

For many of my readers, lettuce planting time is right around the corner.  This handcrafted bookmark is made of recycled paper.  It can be used like a regular bookmark, and if you're a gardener there is a bonus.... you can plant the entire bookmark in early spring and grow your own heirloom lettuce patch!  The paper will slowly decompose as the lettuce grows.

So many great things that I love in one package:  a bookmark to use with a great novel, planting it and watching the lettuce grow, then eating an awesome heirloom salad.

Here's how to enter:  (Up to 3 entries per person, one comment equals one entry)

1. Post a comment below, making sure to include your email address so I can contact you if you win.

2. Become a follower of this blog and post a comment to let me know (if you're already a follower, just tell me in a comment)

3. Tell someone else about the contest (post a link on your own blog, send an email out to your friends, etc).

The contest will be open for one week, until next Friday.  Good luck!

Thanks for reading the All-Natural-Mama blog, home to Wishful Acres Organic Farm!

  1. Those are really cool bookmarks. I've seen the seed embedded paper for other things (cannot remember what now though.) I just found your blog a few days ago and and both inspired and shamed..because you do a lot of very neat things and are so creative and productive and I realized how much time I waste each day. (And yes, it's really wasted :O) Hopefully, I will catch a bit of your work ethic and get out of my own way! -Peace

  2. Very nice !
I do bookmarks for my oldest daughter because she is a book seller on eCRATER (if you ever need any books, tell her I sent you) http://gypsyqueenmedia.ecrater.com/
I haven't had the time to make these kind for her yet, but they have been on my list for quite a while.
Just not enough time in the day to make everything I want to make between my sewing, formulating, cooking, and teaching online...

    Have a good day !

    Organically Yours,
    Diana

  7. Great idea. That would be a great project to do with the kids. I was reading back about the farm you are looking at. We did something similar with a bridge loan. Took us 8 months to sell our other house. This place was quite a wreck when we bought it. One of our wisest choices. Nothing like life on a farm for kids!
