Seed Starting... lesson learned

Next year, I plan to plant all my tomato seeds in larger containers.

Their roots need more room to grow.

Back in March, I performed an experiment. I transplanted a dozen tomato plants to larger cups.

Here are 2 plants of the same variety, Cherokee Purple.

Look at how much bigger the plant in the cup has grown.


My youngest son can't believe it, either.
