Rose Petal Ale, Beer Chili Day is HERE, and more Brew & Farm News!
We brewed a beer with Rose Petals in honor of Valentine's Day! This French Saison style of ale features complex flavors of spices & fruits, then boiled with rose petals & aged with more fresh rose petals. On tap starting Friday at 4:00, and we only made 15 gallons (no growler fills for this one). More details below.
Don't forget our next Beer Chili Day is this Sunday, February 18! We'll be serving the chili from 12-4 or until we run out.
Lastly, our Mixed Berry Ale has returned! For those who enjoy the beers in our Fruit Beer series, this one is for you. It has been many months since Mixed Berry has been on tap... but now it's BACK!

Rose Petal Saison - NEW Beer on tap this weekend!
Starting at 4:00 on Friday, February 16, we'll be tapping our newest creation - "Rose Petal Saison"! Brewed & aged with fresh rose petals in honor of Valentine's Day. This beer features complex flavors of fruit, spices, and a slightly tart yeast profile, all characteristics of the French Saison style! We only made 15 gallons of this beer, so no growler fills of this one will be available.
Mixed Berry Ale is back on tap!!!
It has been many months since our Mixed Berry Ale, a sweeter-style fruit beer, has been on tap. We're happy to announce that we've made it again and it's BACK for at least a few weeks here at Wishful Acres!
Beer Chili Day
Our next Beer Chili Day is scheduled for Sunday, February 18, from 12-4 or until we run out! (We're making more this time! :)
Our brewery's homemade Chili is made using our own craft beer, farm-grown ingredients, and local beef. $2.99 per cup, $5.50 per bowl. Kick your Beer Chili up a notch with our condiment bar, featuring cheddar cheese, jalapenos, crackers, hot sauce, and onions. All condiments are included at no extra charge. All of our craft beers will be on tap and available for purchase during this event. Sunday, February 18, 12-4 pm.
Garlic Available!
Wishful Acres organic garlic is now available for purchase in our taproom! This is the remaining garlic that we have left from our growing season, and the cost is $1 per bulb. Available for purchase anytime during our open hours, Fridays 4-9, Saturdays 12-9, and Sundays 12-5.
Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) News
Our 2018 organic vegetable membership program is SOLD OUT. We look forward to seeing all the CSA members for our first pickup in June!
Our 30-member CSA Program (Community Supported Agriculture) is a membership program in which members become "shareholders" in the farm's seasonal vegetable production & receive a "share" of the farm's organic produce for our full 22-week-long season!
