We ran out of chili fairly early, so next time we plan to make more. Mark your calendars, we have tentatively scheduled the next Beer Chili Sunday for February 18!  : Tap Room Bar at our Brewery In our Tap Room this weekend, open Fridays 4-9 pm, Saturdays 12-9 pm, and Sundays 12-5 pm, we will be pouring fresh from our taps: The TRILOGY - our brand new Belgian Tripel-style Ale, brewed with spices & Belgian yeast Blueberry Wheat Ale - a very mild wheat beer with a subtle blueberry flavor. Not sweet. Stoutzilla - a chocolate stout Electric Valkyrie IPA - a citrus-hops mild IPA Peach Mango Ale - a sweeter-style fruit beer Kryptonite Kolsch - light in color, mild in flavor El Dorado APA - a mild American Pale Ale, a mild hops kick Homemade Root Beer (non-alcoholic) In addition to fresh beer by the glass, we also have growler fills available for carry-out!   Special Event this Weekend!!!  All weekend long, Fri 4-9, Sat 12-9, Sun 12-5   Join us as we unveil "The TRILOGY"! We'll be tapping our brand-new beer creation all weekend long! The TRILOGY is a Belgian Tripel style of beer. It is brewed with a trilogy of spices: Fresh Ginger, Sweet Orange Peel, and Allspice. It is made with Belgian Candi Sugar, specialty malts, and a Belgian strain of yeast, which adds a fruity flavor dimension and a depth of flavor. Lastly, Tripel beers are brewed with more than normal the amount of brewer's grain, which leads to a higher alcohol content. Our Belgian Tripel, "The Trilogy" is 8.5% ABV. The IBUs (bitterness scale) on this beer is 19 (very low - so it's not bitter, and not hoppy). Join us this weekend for the first tappings, we're open Fri 4-8, Sat 12-9, Sun 12-5. Enjoy! Beer Chili Day Our next Beer Chili Day is scheduled for Sunday, February 18, from 12-5 or until we run out! (Our apologies to those who weren't able to get a bowl of chili last Sunday during our 1st Beer Chili Day!  We didn't expect such a great turnout, and we sold out of chili by 1:30.  We will make more next time!!!)   Garlic Available! Wishful Acres organic garlic is now available for purchase in our taproom!  This is the remaining garlic that we have left from our growing season, and the cost is $1 per bulb.  Available for purchase anytime during our open hours, Fridays 4-9, Saturdays 12-9, and Sundays 12-5. Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) News Our 2018 CSA program is now SOLD OUT.  We look forward to seeing all the CSA members for our first pickup in June!   Our 30-member CSA Program (Community Supported Agriculture) is a membership program in which members become "shareholders" in the farm's seasonal vegetable production & receive a "share" of the farm's organic  produce for our full 22-week-long season!
