New IPA-style Beer, Last of the Cherry Wheat, Plus more Brew & Farm News!

We're unveiling a Brand-New I.P.A. style beer this weekend!  Called "Electric Valkyrie" - learn more about this beer & it's name by scrolling down a bit further in the newsletter! Also in brewery news, we are down to the final kegs of Cherry Wheat Ale, so stop in on Friday if you want to be sure to get some!  (The Cherry Wheat will be gone from our taproom for a few months while we rotate our other fruit beers onto tap, the Peach Wheat & Berry Wheat).   In Farm News, this week Group B of the half-CSA members, and the Full Share members, you can pick up your shares anytime during our open hours this weekend (scroll down for a list of items in your share this week)!  CSA Members, as part of your membership we offer you free u-pick fruit from our farm when in season.  Those CSA Members wishing to pick Black Raspberries, just let us know when you're here to pick up your share. Unicorn Tears - Our unique copper-colored ale. Coffee Stout - chock-full of coffee flavor Honey Wheat Ale - Mild & very drinkable Homemade Root Beer (non-alcoholic) In addition to fresh beer by the glass, we also have growler fills available for carry-out!   Fresh From the Farm, Available for Purchase in our Taproom & Store: Kale Electric Valkyrie I.P.A. - NEW!!!   This is a very drinkable IPA-style beer! Light in color, mild hoppy flavor. Made with "Warrior" hops, so we've named this IPA after the mythological female warrior, the Valkyrie.  7% ABV, 67 IBU Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) News CSA members, you may pick up your share anytime during our open hours this weekend, Friday 4-9, Saturday 12-9, Sunday 12-5.  In this week's share: Green Beans (1st harvest!) Kale  Green Onions Zucchini & Summer Squash Sugar Snap Peas   Lettuce Mix Garlic Scapes  Kohlrabi - Peel the round bulb at the bottom, and enjoy! New to kohlrabi? It tastes like a mix between a sweet carrot and cabbage. Super crunchy & refreshing, delicious raw on salads or dips, but can also be cooked.
