Thin Mint Cookie Stout, Collaboration, fresh Salad Greens, and more Brew & Farm News!

We have a Special Release beer this weekend! Thin Mint Cookie Stout is made from, you guessed it, Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies!  We only made a very small 10-gallon batch of this beer, and we'll be tapping it beginning this Friday, May 12!  Lastly, our outdoor seating Beer Garden is now completed & open!  It's so beautiful to sit outside in the countryside, overlooking our farm woods & gardens! A huge Thank You to everyone who stopped out for our "May the Fourth be with You" event last week!  We are happy to say that it was a huge success, beyond anything we imagined, so a BIG THANK YOU to all of you!!!  The Freeport Journal Standard newspaper featured an article about our event - here is a link to the article. Berry Wheat Ale - a very fruity, sweeter-style beer (No growler fills this weekend due to low supplies of this beer) Galahad - English Mild Ale, a taste of London - almost gone! Farm Weiss - Our version of a German-American Weiss Beer.  Honey Wheat Ale - Mild & very drinkable Homemade Root Beer (non-alcoholic) In addition to fresh beer by the glass, we also have growlers & bottled beer available for carry-out on select styles of beer!  We're Family Friendly - bring the kids, we have homemade root beer!   SPECIAL COLLABORATION BEER! This past Tuesday, we participated in brewing a Collaboration Beer!  Nate (Wishful Acres Farm & Brewery), Carson & Jordan (Pig Minds Brewing Co), and Steven & Chris (Generations Brewing Co) brewed an I.P.A. beer together.  When this beer is ready, it will be available in all 3 of our taprooms! Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) News Our CSA Program is SOLD OUT for 2017.  Thank you to everyone who signed on as members in this year's season!  The first pickup will be the weekend of May 19th!
