We have a brand-new beer release this weekend in our taproom - Milk Stout! More Details on this beer below in the newsletter. Also, Coffee Habit, our mocha coffee stout, returns this weekend, as well as Leia's I.P.A., our mild mannered IPA featuring citrus-flavored hops! We're celebrating St. Patty's Day with a double-stout lineup at our brewery!
In Farm News, we harvested gorgeous organic Lettuce & Spinach in our solar greenhouse this week - stop in to purchase a bag (details below)! In other farm news, Winter CSA Micro-Greens members: Group B is scheduled to pickup their micro-greens this weekend.

Tap Room & Store In our Tap Room this weekend, open to the public Fridays 4-8 pm and Saturdays 12-8 pm, we will be pouring fresh from our taps:
Milk Stout - NEW - a slightly sweet-flavored stout due to the addition of lactose sugar at brewing
Coffee Habit - our popular mocha coffee stout has returned!!!
Leia's I.P.A. - a relatively mild I.P.A., featuring citrus-flavored hops, has returned!
Farm Weiss - a German-flavored Weiss style beer. Almost Gone!
Unicorn Tears - Copper colored, malty, unique!
Honey Wheat Ale (Mild, very drinkable, organic wheat ale)
Berry Wheat Ale - fruity wheat ale loaded with raspberry & blueberry
Homemade Root Beer (non-alcoholic)
In addition to fresh beer by the glass, we also have growlers & bottled beer available for carry-out on select styles of beer! We're Family Friendly - bring the kids, we have homemade root beer!
This beautiful organic LETTUCE was just harvested from inside our solar greenhouse!!! There may be snow outside, but it's balmy & warm in the greenhouse, and this is our 1st lettuce harvest of the year! We also harvested a lot of organic SPINACH, some of the leaves are bigger than our hands! These salad greens will be washed, bagged, and ready to eat. To Purchase Your Lettuce and/or Spinach: Stop in to our Store & Taproom to purchase, we're open Friday 4-8 pm & Saturday 12-8 pm (to ensure you get some before it sells out, email Penny to have her hold yours aside until you arrive- wishfulacres@gmail.com )
We also have sunflower micro-greens & spicy radish micro-greens available!

"Beer Share" News:
All beers on tap are available for your growler fills this weekend, except Unicorn Tears due to low quantities of that beer! Current "Beer Share" Community Supported Brewery (CSB) Members, fill your growlers Fridays 4-8 pm, Saturdays 12-8 pm! Remember, you may fill as many growlers as you like during your visit - you're not limited to just one. Bring in your empty growlers, and we'll mark off your punch cards.

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) News
Only a handful of spots remaining to EAT OUR FOOD!!! Our 2017 CSA program is now open for enrollment! To learn more about our CSA program, please visit the CSA page on our web site. Our 30-member CSA Program (Community Supported Agriculture) is a membership program in which members become "shareholders" in the farm's seasonal vegetable production & receive a "share" of the farm's USDA Certified Organic produce for our full 30-week-long season! 2017 CSA is now open for enrollment. Farm & Brewery Tours Tours of our Farm & Brewery are available on Saturday mornings from late March through late November. Tour includes a guided walking tour of our entire farm and brewery, and lasts about 45 minutes. Tours must be scheduled in advance, which can be done right here on our web site Tours page!
