More expansion, only 7 CSA spots remain, our Biggest brew yet, and more Brew & Farm News!

We're expanding again!!!  Read below about our brewery capacity increase and keg purchases! Thank you SO much for all the support - our customers are the BEST!!!  We brewed our biggest, baddest beer yet just last weekend - read about our Imperial Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout here on our Facebook page!  This beer will need to age for about 8 months before it's ready for all of you!

In Farm News, there are only 7 remaining membership spots open in our 2017 CSA Program (Community Supported Agriculture).  We cap our membership to 30 members, and we're nearly maxed out already.  If you were planning to join as a member & eat our organic veggies this season, we'd recommend reserving your spot soon. More info:
In other farm news, Winter CSA Micro-Greens members: Group B is scheduled to pickup their micro-greens this weekend.

Visit our Taproom & Store!!!  Now Open - Fridays 4-7 pm, and Saturdays 12-7 pm - visit our web site for location, directions, and more:
Tap Room & Store
In our Tap Room this weekend, open to the public Fridays 4-7 pm and Saturdays 12-7 pm, we will be pouring fresh from our taps:
  • Alderaan I.P.A. - this citrus hops BLAST beer has returned!
  • Farm Weiss - German-American farmstyle weiss beer
  • Dark Side Stout - Our medium bodied, mild-tasting stout.
  • Wookies Win - our brown ale has returned for a short bit!
  • Unicorn Tears (Copper colored, malty, unique!)
  • Honey Wheat Ale (Mild, very drinkable, organic wheat ale)
  • Berry Wheat Ale
  • Homemade Root Beer (non-alcoholic)
In addition to fresh beer by the glass, we also have growlers & bottled beer available for carry-out on select styles of beer!  We're Family Friendly - bring the kids, we have homemade root beer!
We're expanding again!!!  We recently upgraded our electric (our all-electric brewing system needs a lot of juice!), so we can now brew 33% more beer in each batch!!!  We also just doubled our number of kegs, to keep up with the demand for our beer in local bars & restaurants, as well as our own tap room.  THANK YOU for your support!!!
