Asian Wraps!

Oh WOW, how beautiful are these Asian Wraps?!! This picture was sent to me from one of our farm's Community Supported Agriculture members (CSA). She made these delectable wraps using the items from her weekly CSA produce share. Thanks for sharing this beautiful recipe & idea! :)

Here is a basic recipe:

- large spring lettuce leaves
- Asian Greens mix
- onion (she used green onions)
- ground beef
- seasonings such as soy sauce, garlic powder, and if you like it spicy toss in some red pepper flakes!

Cook & crumble ground beef. Then add to the same pan the onion & greens. The greens won't take long at all to cook, so keep a close eye on it. Then season to your taste & serve the mixture on the lettuce leaf.
