High tunnel working hard!

A couple of inches snow on the ground, low temperatures in the single digits. Think our growing season is done? Think again!!

A peek inside our high tunnel reveals the greens growing away. It was cold working inside the tunnel this morning, but what fun to grow with this!

Also, our bins & bins of harvested root vegetables are being stored for our customers. Our CSA members will get the last of our beets, carrots, turnips, and radishes over the next 2 weeks.

Yep, our CSA customers still have 2 more weeks of fresh farm food coming their way! :)
