Asian Vegetable Chicken Soup
-8 cups chicken broth
-1 cup chopped cabbage
-2 cups chopped tot soi (asian green)
-5 green onions, chopped
-4 cloves garlic, chopped
-1 cup chopped mizuna (asian green)
-1 cup chopped cilantro
-salt to taste
This soup is so versatile. You can add more or less veggies, omit some, add different types, add noodles or egg... it's hard to mess this recipe up! :-)
