Stuffed grilled Poblano Peppers

Poblano peppers being prepped for the grill! Cut peppers in half, remove seeds. I stuffed ours with refried beans mixed with homemade salsa, then topped with cheese.
Grill until peppers are soft, keeping on bed of foil if desired for easier grilling & less mess.
