Fall CSA Announcement

Wishful Acres Farm will be offering shares in our fall CSA (Community Supported Agriculture).  Shares will run from September 23 -  November 25 and will be delivered on Fridays to customers in the Freeport area (farm pickup is also available).

Our fall vegetables will include:

• Over 8 varieties of winter squash including: acorn, butternut, delicata, and some rare delicious heirlooms!
• Radishes
• Pumpkins - some unusual colors as well
• Lettuce - several varieties
• Gourds
• Brocolli
• Asian white turnips 
• Green Cabbage
• Indian Corn
• Rutabaga
• Red Cabbage
• Purple turnips (regular variety)
• Spinach
• Carrots
• Arugula
• Kale
• green onions
• Red Mustard greens
• Corn Mache greens
• Kohlrabi
• and more!

If the frost is late, you'll be able to enjoy the last of the summer crops during early October as well (such as tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, etc.)

Our CSA share is $300 for the fall season (that's 10 weeks long, breaks down to $30 per week) or $150 for a half share.  Our farm brown eggs are an optional add-on.  We deliver right to your Freeport home, or you can pickup at the farm.
