Those look like black raspberries. It the 'core' stays on the vine, it's a raspberry, if it comes off with the berry, it's a blackberry. That looks just like the first handful of black raspberries I picked this evening. Except mine didn't last long enough to make it into the house, let alone get photographed. I admire your self control!! Judy
