.
We've been living on the farm for a couple of weeks now and I must admit that I love it. The quiet, closeness to nature, and beauty is wonderful.
As for the farm, I'm currently busy, busy, busy planting thousands of seeds to raise into seedlings (think tomato, pepper, eggplant, herbs, flowers). For those of you who buy my plants, I'll be sending the newsletter out soon listing this year's varieties. I'm also busy trying to get my hoophouse up & running. Oh, yes, and I purchased a new rear-tine rototiller, because the outdoor planting season will be here in just a couple of weeks!
A new development, I'll be ordering chickens soon! Laying hens for sure, but I'm also toying with raising meat birds. Hmmmm..... we'll see! Yes, I will have eggs for sale eventually and possibly meat.
Hope to see or hear from you soon! Thanks for visiting the Wishful Acres Farm blog.
