Walla Walla onions are in at the farm!

The Walla Walla sweet onions are planted at my farm garden plot!  Yum... my mouth waters just thinking of the delicious onion salad, onions on sandwiches, grilled.... sweet onions are so good.

Thanks to my hubby for contributing a couple hours of his time to help me get them planted!  Also thanks to my in-laws for watching the boys while we headed out to the farm.



The sugar snap peas, blue potatoes, red potatoes, lettuce, spinach, yellow & red onions, and radishes are in the ground! 

We had some strong storms last week, and all the rain was great for the garden.  I saw pea shoots yesterday! 

I'll be taking orders this year for the organic produce for those locals who would rather order & pick up at their own convenience here in town.  I also plan on selling at the Winnebago Farmers Market in Winnebago, Illinois.
