Orange gingham apron with detailing

I recently finished an apron using a new pattern.

It's a simple, straight, traditional full-length apron.  I used an orange gingham eyelet fabric.

The fabric is rather plain by itself, so I added some interesting details.  A pocket with an embroidered flower in white.

 

I also added orange rickrack to the neckline and pocket.
