I just had to post that I am amazed and somewhat panicked that the temperature is supposed to reach a record-low of 38 degrees tonight. To me, that is too close to frost temperatures for comfort.
It's August! Usually our first frost occurs in October.
Wow. I hope the fruits and vegetables out at the farm survive this cold snap.....
I've never been so reliant on the weather before - how it really has such a hold on my life right now - and all of our food!
It has been a very cold summer, the coldest on record, so I've been bracing for an early frost. I just never expected it to come in August.
